How to File a Complaint?

Please enter the Payment ID or Order ID mentioned in your payment confirmation email to track your transaction or resolve an issue.

  • Enter your Order ID or Payment ID in the space provided on the form.
  • To continue, click the Submit button.
  • After reviewing your complaint, our support staff will respond to you within 24 to 48 hours.

Once your complaint is submitted, an acknowledgement and a unique reference number will be issued for tracking purposes.
